## Seth Shenbanjo, Founder & Managing Director
Seth founded Rodan to fill a gap he kept encountering: mid-market organisations being underserved by firms too large to care and too slow to deliver. With a background spanning data science, AI product development and commercial strategy, he has led engagements across financial services, media, construction and the public sector - from diagnostic assessments through to production-grade platform builds.
His work has contributed to multiple patents, generated measurable commercial value across four continents and produced technology now used by tens of thousands of people every day.
