Who we are
Founded in 2021, Rodan was built to fill a gap that kept appearing: organisations that were too sophisticated to accept generic advice and too busy to tolerate slow delivery. We combine deep technical capability with commercial fluency - and we don't just advise. We build, deploy and stand behind the outcomes.
Our work has contributed to multiple patents, generated measurable commercial value across four continents and produced technology now used by tens of thousands of people. Clients have included global media platforms, PE-backed businesses, government institutions, fast-growing fintechs and some of the world's most recognised consumer brands.
Native AI From Day One
Rodan was built in the age of AI - not retrofitted to it. We have never operated a model that treats AI as an add-on or a line item at the bottom of a proposal. Every engagement we take on is designed with AI as a core layer: in how we analyse, in what we build and in how we help our clients operate going forward.
That means our clients do not inherit technical debt from a firm that learned AI last year. They get systems and strategies that were conceived natively - designed to compound, not depreciate.
