Rodan was founded by Seth Shenbanjo, who leads the company as Founder and Managing Director. Rodan is founder-led by design, so senior thinking runs through every engagement, from the first conversation to final delivery.
Seth's background spans data science, AI product development and commercial strategy. He has led engagements across financial services, media, construction and the public sector, from diagnostic assessments through to production-grade platform builds.
Seth founded Rodan in 2021 to fill a gap he kept encountering: mid-market organisations underserved by firms too large to care and too slow to deliver. The company is built on one principle: senior judgement at every stage, not just at the top of the deck.
Seth works with a forward-deployed delivery team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, a BI analyst, front-end, back-end and mobile developers, UI/UX designers and DevOps engineers. Test automation, QA and accessibility specialists, and a VP of Ecosystem who looks after clients and partners, complete the team.
