Enterprise data maturity diagnostic
Paid 2-week assessment for £500m–£1.5bn organisations. Distinct from the public Data Maturity Pyramid scorecard on guides (that is a 5-question lead magnet). This is the delivery framework.
Six dimensions (40–50 questions total)
- Data quality - completeness, accuracy, uniqueness, timeliness of critical entities
- Governance - ownership, policies, processors, retention, access
- Infrastructure - integration, warehouses, reliability, observability
- Analytics capability - reporting, self-serve, decision latency
- AI readiness - use cases, data fitness, controls, privacy
- Commercial alignment - whether data work maps to P&L outcomes
Score each dimension 1–5. Produce executive summary + detailed breakdown + three costed options (quick win / medium / transformation). Pricing target: £2.5k standard, £3k with board presentation.
Sales brief (one page)
Opener: At your revenue scale, the cost of disagreeing about numbers usually exceeds the cost of fixing the plumbing.
Offer: A fixed-fee diagnostic that scores six dimensions of data maturity, benchmarks where peers usually sit, and ends with three costed paths, not a vague roadmap deck.
Buyer: CFO, COO or CDO. Time: ~2 weeks calendar, light lift on their side (workshops + artefact review).
